1. Order and Cancellation

1.1 Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with order details.

1.2 Orders Cancellations are not permitted once placing the order. 

1.3 HARIL reserves the right to cancel any order due to payment issues, unavailability of stock, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Returns and Exchanges

1.1 Returns are accepted for damaged or defective products only. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.

1.2 Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

1.3 Custom-made or altered products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

1.4 To process an exchange, customers must provide a clear unboxing video from start to finish. This video must include the intact outer packaging, product opening, and clear visibility of the defect or damage. Without an unboxing video, the exchange will not be processed.

1.5 Products used, altered, or without original packaging are not eligible for exchange.

1.6 Slight color variations due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.
